People buying $14M homes have a lot more than that to spend. A lot of the Georgetown crowd is seasonal. Winters in FL and summers elsewhere and shoulder seasons spent in DC.

It’s the lighting. See how it looks almost hazy with a gentle warm glow like what you’d see in a movie? That’s an AI-powered image altering effect.

I’m not a big fan of artificially enhancing real estate photos with AI, but this is not nearly as bad as the ones where they will turn a burnt lawn green, or make it look sunny and bright inside a house that has little natural light.
