At U Little you saw parents run onto the field and attack children??? Please go on
Yes, and the parent that did it was from our team. The guy was crazy + you could sense it coming as he would pace up and down the sidelines. In the game in question I sat in front of him purposefully so he couldnt run on the field directly. What set him off was 1. losing 2. any kind of perceived foul against his kid. The problem is his kid tended to flop which just kicked everything into overdrive. Then finally everything came together and his kid flopped after hard playing for almost an entire game by u12 kids. He ran on the field to "protect" his kid from being fouled and immediately threw the kid that he thought fouled his kid 6 feet in the air. When this happened both parents sides ran on the field separating the kid who just got thrown dad from our crazy dad. Punches occurred from both sides after eventually everyone walked back to their own group.
Oh and crazy guy is a commodities trader that frontends trades based on tips from execs he represents and knows. Couldn't get to be more of a douche than this guy if you tried. Also Im fairly certain he beat his wife.
How was he allowed to stay at the game after literally running onto the pitch throwing an 11 year old ? Don’t let me ever join this league for my kids!!! Can’t always prevent a crazy parent from showing up but you can absolutely kick him or her out when they show this level of crazy- at least for the game.

Other set of parents (on our team, embarrassingly) got so mad at the teenage ref for calling a (very blatant) foul on their kid that both the mom and dad stormed the field in the middle of play to surround the ref and scream obscenities at him. Our coach stepped in but physically couldn't get them back. They started pushing coach and physically threatening the ref. Rest of the parents & other coach got between them and the poor ref kid while our coach called the cops. Police came and ordered the offending parents off the field.
Parents were prohibited from attending any games from then on out. They could drop their kid off but had to stay in their car in the parking lot. I was kind of shocked that they let the kid stay on the team at all, but I guess they didn't want to punish the kid for his parents' bad behavior.

Then when one of our parents rightly confronted him for 1. Being on the field and 2. Grabbing a child that wasn't his own, he pushed the grown man too, confirming that he was completely out of control and had initially ran on the field in a fit of rage lay hands on an 8 year old!
What did our club do about it? You guessed it. NOTHING!!! Apparently this individual had some mysterious currency with the club that has still never been explained.
