This one in Bethesda sold for $2.55M, so I wouldn't let that deter you.

I pass this house daily as I sit in bumper to bumper traffic. The crazy neighbors directly to the left have placed an old toilet directly on the lot line. They also have no trespassing signs up. Maybe they have been there since John Glenn was a neighbor?
