So, your sister didn't "have" them, she was just the egg donor.

Whatever makes you feel better. She’s enjoying her family.

Don’t give that idiot the attention she so desperately craves. There is always one in every thread.

Yes.

Unfortunately I was married at the time.

So I think you will be fine OP. Obviously I failed at the marriage thing, but I think there are great men out there who are looking to start a family. Best of luck to you.

And my suggestion would be to find a man younger between 35 and 40 is the sweet spot. Past 40 I think the pool is filled of divorced men such as myself that are not really looking to start over, but hey you never know.

Why is it obvious that you failed at the marriage thing? Did you cheat on your ex wife and get caught?

No I didn't cheat, but I neglected my marriage. We stopped going on dates, we stopped spending time together and the marriage just wasn't the same. It's my fault.

Some of us do. I am 45M and very successful and a loving father. I have been asked to marry during the time we were seriously dating but decide not to because of a couple of other issues. I would totally get married again as I believe in it and also see other benefits of it.

PP correct. I shouldn't have generalized. Additional data points for OP. There are Good men out there.

My college roommate did. She was late 40s when she got married for the first time no TTC. Her husband is older and has adult kids and a grandchild. She was a super-auntie to 6 nieces and nephews over the years.

Me 38, him 42. A million percent worth the wait and trauma to get to him.
