Agree with Giverny. I went last summer and the gardens were just beautiful. There is a bus from the train that takes you to Monet's house, but you can also walk or bike.
Yes, you can bike from the trainstation to giverny but walk? No way ! It's not close at all !

Much smaller than other disney parks, so it's easy to manage in one day. I'm adding this rec only because everyone else has made the very sensible and correct recs already. It's a nice break from churches and museums.
