+1. Not completely related, but i'd like to see the elimination of B-meet ribbons for 13+ except for special circumstances. So many of those ribbons go to the trash.
Our pool does not post a ladder and the time on the backs of those ribbons are the only way to track/know kids' times (unless you write it down as your kid swims, which is hard to do if you are volunteering). If that were not the case, I would agree with you
I suspect that with the move to swimtopia, all those times will be available now. (You can probably go check your account right now...) I'm the data person, and when we migrated to swimtopia, we transferred all our old meet data. In your account, you should be able to see your kids' best times as well as times at various meets. It's possible some pools didn't transfer the old data, but I'm guessing once the season starts it will all be available there
