The attic sink is definitely an interesting feature. The powder room on the main level makes an airplane lavatory seem spacious.

I almost wonder if this is stealth marketing for this house, not that it's going to need it.

The house is on a side street and not on a major thoroughfare. Jackson Street is famous for the halloween and christmas displays. If you buy on this street you would need to invest in going all out for the Halloween decorations.
