My only exceptions: if she is physically abusive to your wife, a danger to any younger children, a drug user who is brining illegal substances or dangerous people into your home, or if she has stolen from your wife. Verbal disrespect would not be a disqualifier for eviction.
+1000. Unless your DD being in your home presents some sort of a safety issue similar to what PP mentions, a college-aged kid absolutely should be able to live at home during summer and other school breaks. Why is this even a question, OP?
