You sound heartless... yes she should move out and get a job but as a loving mother you should find out why she doesnt.

Just think of it this way, OP: if your 11 year old follows in his big sister's footsteps, you'll have 56 years of nonstop parenting under your belt. Not too many people can say THAT!
