Did you read the article? The man barricaded himself in the store. Police fired multiple shots b/c he resisted and had a knife when they broke through barricade. It seems that bystanders reported he was homeless and having a mental health episode.
So what? You pull a knife on the cops, expect to get shot. We need fewer people like this in Arlington. As was the case here, you never know when the tide will turn.
