The other science museum for kids down on the Baltimore harbor is great too. And federal hill parks, a boat ride, a meal, a ballgame.

Baltimore aquarium stopped having dolphins perform in shows about 10 years ago.

Oh disboards, the literal bottom of the internet. Some people think it's 4chan, but it's actually disboards where the people pretend they are decent.

You don't get out much, do you?

One of the most horrific shows I've watched about animals: Blackfish. Even if there were no more Orcas at Sea World, I couldn't give them a dime of my money.

No one is buying new Orcas these days. But those in captivity still have long lives. Doing a little song and dance routine for tourists is probably better than just withering away in a swimming pool while they are still alive.

Maybe…..

But they shouldn’t be forced to perform water tricks on a daily basis.

They would do best kept in a large tank while being allowed to swim around in a large, designated space.

It is not their fault that they were placed or born in captivity.
So since they cannot be put out into their native habitat - the least us humans can do is provide them a spacious & safe home to live. 👍🏽

Well, it’s a soulless corporation. Important to note, Wild Orcas (as all Orcas should be) are not dangerous to humans at all. It’s just when they are kidnapped and separated from their multigenerational pods (families) and kept in tiny tanks to “perform” and breed.

Troll score: 3/10

This is a very weak and transparent troll that, on its own, would rate a measly 1. But, you have managed stir up enough responses to perpetuate the thread into a second page so I score you for 2 additional points for that.

These are helpful responses. We are helping OP not be part of the abuse of intelligent, magnificent animals

China and Russia are still kidnapping and breeding them. Maybe OP can move to one of those countries.

If you were in a cage for the rest of your life would you want to be required to a do a daily little song and dance routine for tourists?
