This is not necessarily accurate. People can be divorced and still own property together, especially if it’s the marital house. You don’t have to be married to own a house together. Also for a few years, my brother and I owned a house and only I lived there and we have the same last name. I don’t recommend this as a way to find out if somebody’s married or not— you really have no idea.

You hire a private investigator all the time? What are you trying. to find out that you can't from an internet search? Genuniely curious!

Google them, check social media, ask to be invited to their house, ask to be invited to social things where their friends will be included.

My ex did this with me. She said she was divorced but was just separated and still going to ex's house over the weekday.
