Old Farm/ Lux Manor (maybe North Farm) is re-zoned for Woodward HS. Real Estate posts are still listing houses in these neighborhoods going to WJ which will not be true. People are trying to sell their houses at inflated prices to unsuspecting buyers.

Anonymous wrote:Definitely Kensington/Chevy Chase view area. There are some homes in your range. Lots of nice eateries with outdoor areas for families in the old town near the commuter rail station. Homes are attractive. Schools are top notch. The commuter rail stop in Kensington goes directly to downtown DC. And you'll be a short drive to the new Purple Line on Connecticut Ave. The Red line Metro is also close.
