You’ll never compete until you centralize talent, and have that talent play their own age.
Continue to suck, y’all. We love it.
As someone who left to Europe I see from a distance all this garbage and the scammy nature of youth US football and I cannot love my decision any more.
You lost, bro. You live in Europe now. You left America to live in Europe.
It’s okay to feel paytriotic, but it’s bizarre to brag about ignorance. USofA is overrated. You wouldn’t know if you haven’t left your state tho
Failing empire, travel by plane from your local airport to anywhere else and you will see how failing the US is. Democracy was our claim to fame, and even that is out the door now too. You probably don't even have a passport...crumbs

What does this even mean? We are talking about youth soccer.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if there was a great reset where clubs and parents approached youth sports in a way that puts kids first in an age appropriate way?
It’s almost like everyone needs a hard reset to get their properties right.
The only way that happens is if youth sports is funded by public community dollars, like public schools and libraries, and not as pay for service businesses.

1) There are clubs that are $150/month
2) There are clubs that don’t care about results
3) There are clubs that are not toxic
Which clubs are these?

The system works because of parental decisions, mostly of the DCUM types. Be self-reflective of the decisions that you make and the results that incur. This system is a mirror of you the majority of the consumers are.
How many times per week do these $150/month clubs practice?
Contrary to assumptions, some kids play travel for more soccer, not bragging rights.

if you knew the truth ahead of time parents would have moved kids with friends etcAnonymous wrote:We are seeing a lot of parents of older BY kids shocked by the changes and their kids moving down teams. It seems there was a missed opportunity at the club level to make sure people understand ahead of time the impacts that could happen.
