Oh that’s funny. I have two of those. Purchased for the last bat mitzvah I went to a few years ago. I’m over them.

They had a moment (for some inexplicable reason), but yeah, that moment is very over.

No. You didn't.

DP- I find great stuff on their app all the time. Hit or miss at the store but great stuff online. Fast shipping and can return to rack or Nordstrom.

these are terrible for big bust and pretty bad for under 5'5"

That's not true, I have a Somerset mini that comes to my knees (I am 5'2") and it looks great. There's a reason this dress is ubiquitous, it looks great on everyone.

I have one and every time I see photos of me in it, I look pregnant. I think the waist is weirdly high. I need to get rid of this dress so I stop wearing it, thinking it will work if I just stand differently or something.

Anonymous wrote:This in either color is a good blank slate to work from . . . sleeves are forgiving, as is the shift shape; linen blend is perfect for the season and daytime; can dress it up with accessories. It's short but not inappropriately so (the regular version will likely come to your knee if you're petite) . . .

. . .or if you prefer something midi with more waist definition, this can also work with the right accessories to dress it up a bit . . .

. . . or this if you prefer a more tailored look:

Those Boden dresses are good, especially the first one. And very easy to style.
