So there's plenty of Indian Tretinoin available as "retinol cream" on Amazon. It's legit since it's literally too cheap to counterfeit.

But last time I ordered there was some issue with payment and they wanted me to upload my drivers license? I wasn’t willing to do it so I couldn’t get my order.

If rosacea, it's probably SIBO causing it.

I use Altreno which is an RX formula with some things added in to help with dryness bc o have super dry skin and I think it is $60 copay.

Are you selecting generic tretinoin? With Goodrx generic 45g 0.025% should be about $40 and 0.05% should be around $65 at CVS.
