Wow that is crazy to hear the differences between sites!

The site we have been at for the last 3 years has been continually staffed by at least 4 full-time coaches. On top of just having them, all of them are on deck during the Elementary School practices time so they get to know all the kids and the amount of individual feedback they give throughout practices is amazing!
