In that, according to Vassar's site, its "cognitive science department has the oldest undergraduate cog sci degree-granting program in the world," Vassar may represent the obvious answer for a student interested in this field of study.
Why does that even matter?
The comparison is between a school that has been developing its cognitive science program for decades and one that does not offer a major in the field. You decide.
