Yep, my 80 year old mom started taking 5 mg to sleep better and they’ve been fantastic. Most important thing to realize that it takes hours to ramp up and down, much slower than inhaling.
So try it on a day/evening when you aren't going anywhere, and if you take it at night, don't plan to go out early in the morning after.
