What’s the mistake?

In the ads, there’s a clip where someone texts her: “your one looks like a cute garden gnome” and then another clip has a similar text talking about her “one”.
Is “one” a euphemism? Is this only fans lingo or something?

She's in the terrible Tyler Sheridan show The Madison, and it just gor renewed for season 2
So if Margo is 19 when she gets pregnant, and her mother was similar, that would make the Michelle Pfeiffer character 38. MIchelle Pfeiffer is 67.
Yeah, I didn’t realize they were making Margot 19. The ages are all messed up. Elle Fanning is 28 in real life. Offerman is 55 and Michelle Pfeiffer is 67. It doesn’t really make sense though I do think they wanted Michelle to look roughened up and like she’s been through a lot and you would only believe that if she was closer to 50.
I don’t think that they intended to make her late 30s though, but who knows.
In the book Margo is 20 by the time the baby comes. Mum's age isnt listed but she had Margo when she was a Hooter's waitress so would have been not more than 30? So somewhere in mid to late 40's max. I think Dad's age is listed as somewhere in 50s.

Anonymous wrote:I actually think Michelle is perfectly cast because she is a 67-year-old very beautiful celebrity. She looks great for 67 but she’s likely playing someone closer to 55 and she looks more realistically like a rough 55.
I do not think we are supposed to believe she’s late 60s. Nick Offerman is 55 and could pass for older. Michelle is 67 but could pass for younger. I think these two are supposed to be around the same age somewhere mid to late 50s having had Margot very young.

It has been a while since I read the book (I loved it, it was fun) but Margo’s whole thing is needing to go on only fans when she isn’t really the “s3xy” type. So she mostly does crazy video production with costumes and weird friends, or writes long descriptions of her fans which is what you are referencing. I saw a headline from Variety that Elle Fanning wasn’t believable as an OF person. Well, duh, that’s the entire point. She carves out this weird niche and supports her family doing it.
