I am in my early 30s and actually live in DC. $150-250K is probably around average for a college-educated man in his late 30s around here. My bf is closer to $200 and I'm fine with that.

When I met my DH 15 years ago, he was making about50k working over 80 hours a week. Now he s making 850k working not even 40 hours a week. If he grind like before he probably make over two mil because of his expertise.

It is an ok salary if you are in your 20s
