Are you a young kid by chance?
I’m 53. Milk protein allergies are real. Lactose free not a solve here. Was able to process dairy til i had first child then immediately allergic to all dairy. It was wild. I only miss cheese and not reading labels.
What does your age have to do with the suggestion that kids drink more milk? You aren’t a kid.

That said, my mother drank milk as her only beverage pretty much and still got osteoporosis. So please exercise and lift those weights too!
I say milk is fine if you like it! NBD if you don't! I always like it better than water which was my only choice growing up.

It's bizarre no matter how you spin it.
Yet, I still eat cheese and ice cream. But advocating for milk is still so, so strange.
Why is it different than just eating the whole animal or parts? I think eating animal organs is strange too, but it’s not uncommon. People have always been resourceful when it comes to food.

Anonymous wrote:Yeah, no thanks. Kids prefer not to, dairy makes them break out and feel sick. They aren’t cows.

Anonymous wrote:I love milk! We started buying whole milk when my kids were tiny and then never switched back to low fat. A tall glass of milk with a brownie is the best. I know I sound like the dairy council. I don’t care.
