Maret across the street is annoying. The road isn’t that busy aside from maret. It still seems like a deal. Liveable and walkable and calm safe neighborhood.
There's a bus that goes by that house.

3. The baths look like Choice Hotel.
4. The laundry is three floors from bedrooms
5. It's a TH. You could do soooo much better in Old Town at that price point.

The boring sea of white. It lacks those details that make it beautiful. It’s ugly inside. The staging is making it look far worse, this home emoty would do better.
The price reflects the ugly dull sea of white.
Seriously, the price of a dwelling largely depends on the neighborhood and lot it sits on, the price of land, then the structure itself. When it comes to the structure the most important parts of it are those that are very difficult to change, like layout, and parts of it that are easy or difficult to work with, like lack of space to have 3 bedrooms on one level or 2 bathrooms on one level, etc. Interior cosmetic stuff like paint or decor is not costly to change.
