It's Pimmit hills so probably appeals to an Indian and their 20 relatives hence the extra spirit kitchen

I don't love the house, but the layout does work with the limitations of the sloped lot.

Someone bought it already! Nice work OP. I think the bonus maid’s kitchen was the big selling point.

Three things I definitely want in a 2+ million dollar home:
1. Hideous wood kitchen cabinets that match the bathroom
2. A profoundly ugly street view (seriously what is going on with the over garage build and tiny entrance)
3. Being able to enjoy the view of garages/townhouses 5 feet from my back deck.

NOT!!

What is happening these days?

An architect was involved in this eyesore?

It’s interesting to see how different groups of people (cultures/religions/whatever you may identify with) have to assign “the room of many names” AKA scullery/prep kitchen/back kitchen/caterer’s kitchen etc, as hands down what applies to their group. It’s almost like how kids name their toys and if you refer to it by another name or mispronounce it, they will quickly scold and correct you.

It's odd to limit your market to people who want a spice/kosher kitchen, but maybe that's a big enough market? If I was otherwise interested in this house, the second kitchen would be a dealbreaker.

BTW, google says a spice kitchen needs to have excellent ventilation, so the second kitchen here seems misdesigned for that purpose since there is no range hood.

I think in this case the 2nd kitchen is intended a spice kitchen.

Really close to Leesburg Pike and the beltway. Noise is probably bad.

Or looking to sell to a Kosher family.

It’s a trend for areas with Indians. It’s called a spice kitchen.

Or a kosher kitchen area?

Why are these builders allergic to a good design? The actual architects in the area must be in physical pain when they see these listings.

Yeah, I can’t believe this is a new build. Someone has all the options and chose this….and forgot money to stage it?

Very ugly outside and snoozefestinside.

My bigger complaint would be the sink in the island. The kitchen work triangle people try to follow includes the sink, fridge, and stovetop. I don't think there is a design or function principal about having a wall oven next to the fridge. With modern appliances, the insulation factor is a non-issue. So what is the problem?
