What do you fill with? That sounds not terribly challenging for a DIY job, do you agree? May need to do this for my new-to-me house.


There are a few different crack products. But you just power wash, best to also use a cleaning solution, fill in the cracks and spread the sealer. It’s not hard.

I could not agree to pay 50% for something expensive that I really do not want in the first place.

I encourage you + your neighbor to think about this more.

I'm the OP. I'm quite happy with the house. The shared driveway isn't a big issue and I'm sure we will resolve it.
