I'm someone who hikes and arguably that could be repetitive, but I really enjoy hiking so I don't get bored with it. Maybe you're trying to pound a square peg into a round hole.
OP is a troll and if by some chance she isn’t, she is definitely box-checking, and that’s why it’s not fulfilling to her.

If you're bored if it all, I think maybe you're traveling too fast to check off boxes instead of just explore and exist in a place.
A lot of my good travel memories with my kids involve hanging out at a beach, campsite, or rental - Puerto Rico, Adirondacks, Poconos. We didn't do any organized activities, we just...went outside a lot.

I feel like the kids have done a lot and every place seems to have the same activities: swim, eat out, horseback ride, kayak, paddleboard, hike, some cultural craft, whale watch, jet ski, canoe, rinse and repeat.
Destinations: Maine, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, Oregon, WA State (San Juan Islands + Seattle), Vancouver, NYC, DC, Miami, FL Keys, San Diego, LA, Carmel, SF, Dallas, Bahamas, Austin, Houston (Space center), New Orleans, Carolinas Coast, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Grand Canyon, Costa Rica, West Texas, alaska, mexico City, big island, maui, Boston, Philly, Rhode Island, Idaho.. it all just feels the same. Would you stop travel for a while? any suggestions? kids 9 and 11.
