Same - I use the gel and have never had a problem getting it auto delivered from Amazon pharmacy. I put it on the inside of my elbow before bed and it dries in a minute or two. The patches gave me a rash.

That said I think you can use the twice weekly patches every 4 days instead of 3 and 4 days each

Interesting- do you "feel" it's run out? I'm on the twice weekly patch and I feel like it runs out too at random times but I thought it was all in my head!

And like others, I end up having to call pharmacies and shop around every month to find my preferred brand - I was switched to another brand last year and had bad results.

Same. Three months ago cvs did not have them, so I switched pharmacies. This time the second pharmacy didn’t have them so I switched back to cvs. And agree you have to ask and push and ask for suggestions (if they have a Lower dose can you double up on patches, do they have a coupon if they don’t rise your insurance, etc)

Who have you found that currently has the estrogen patch in stock? CVS cancelled my order, then I went to Amazon, which worked for a few months, but now they just cancelled my order. Montgomery County preferred. Thanks!

Both CVS and Costco have been out for me. I have to pharmacy shop monthly.

Just ordered 3 months worth (without insurance) so I can stay ahead of this. Then will fill my monthly one (doctor wrote another script) whenever insurance and the pharmacy allow/have it

It's dangerous to go without, and I don't think my family would appreciate it

Well, me again. Even though they said it shipped last week I just got a notification this morning that it is delayed by approximately 5 days.

What dose are you on? I just had my Estradiol 0.0375 filled today at Safeway. I’ve been on it since September, no problems filling it.

Not surprising to me at all.


And this is the risk we are all taking in getting whatever is out there, whether calling different pharmacies or being on mail order who send you whatever they have in stock. It's better than going without but I really wish the system would pull itself together.

PP here. Yes it was filled. 3 months CVS Tenleytown. I had it transferred from my usual CVS in Cleveland Park.
