T and A?
Tiddies and azz. C'mon now.

The problem here isn't nudity at camp. The problem is your hang ups and how you are infantalizing your DS.

I support this 100%, my only concern is the privacy aspect. I don’t know what the culture is like nowadays at camps, but I don’t want some counselor being exposed to my son. I’m a big believer of body positivity, but I’m also a big believer in private parts being private! Is there a way to check if camps will have modesty standards for counselors?
To answer your question, the way to check is to contact the camp office and ask if they have a counselor training handbook you could review.
Pretty sure no camp has a policy stating a counselor isn’t allowed to change in the cabin.
Yes, they would certainly be allowed to change and shower, but there may very well be policies against other unnecessary or extended exposure, which can be a form of sexual harassment.

Oh no, I am still so so traumatized from that one time, oh wait, one thousand times that I saw other teenage dudes' wieners in the locker room in high school. I had thought I was the only person with a special dingle (as my dear mother called it).

Yeah, OP. You are putting way too importance on this. 99.9% of teenage boys don’t care about this and often see each other nude for a second- from some angle. It’s out of communal living and sleepaway camp. Your son could be strategic with a beach towel so he is never fully nude when changing, but you can’t control if he may get a glimpse of someone else, and he likely will. If your son can’t handle nudity whatsoever he shouldn’t go to sleepaway camp.
