Camps and clinics, camps and clinics. Lots of touches, lots of game play after lots of drills. Do it just like the showcases just on a much lower level. This is how First Class lacrosse started. You don't need the PLL's licensing fees at this point

You don’t need to automatically be a non profit. The structure is very limiting and holds little sway in decision making. NL, ML, CB, DCE aren’t non profit. If the business matures, you can add that element.
