Never ever respond. Document, block. Document, block. Talk to the police (and maybe a lawyer) about a restraining order. Document the last time you told him not to contact you.

If he is reaching you via text is he changing his number? I would report this to the police in both your jurisdiction and your mother’s jurisdiction where she filed the restraining order. I would include the information that he is also trying to get to her and you through contacting others.

He’s created a fantasy in his head that you and your mother still belong to him. This is delusional at best and dangerous at worst.

This sounds like stalking.

Does he have a family of his own? Did he contract VD?
