At this point, she needs a 'come to Jesus' talk. In 10 years, how will she look back on this period of her life? Will she regret the directionless time she is spending now at home? She was so close to finishing her degree - she needs to get excited about the last year of school and what doors it can open for her. Because, right now, 30 will happen faster than she thinks.
Tell her she has family support for - you determine it, school, a job, a training program, whatever works for you. But no family support if she doesn't have a direction and give her an end date.

No advice but it sounds incredibly tough.

I also have an adult child living at home (special needs), and have therapy for myself to be really helpful. Just an idea.
