Is the $13k for the labor only? Or with materials?

He quoted $10,000 for the powder room, $50,000 for a smaller full bath, and $100,000 for our large master bath.
That every high need for a primary bath. We used all marble on in a very large bathroom, the tub was $6k, the cabinetry was $10k, fixtures were $3k and it was closer to $70k.
To be fair, it’s a weird and complicated bathroom, and we wanted to add a stacked washer/dryer.
What made it $70k? Did you put a sauna in? Heated floors?
