SYC seems to pride itself on having trashy parents because this has been going on for a while, everyone sees it and knows about it, and nobody (Estie? Laura?) reels it in.

The ref can issue a red or yellow card on the spot. But if the ref did not do that and the match ends, any perceived issues by the parents become mute at that point.
