My kids are older teenagers now. When they were younger taco tuesday was a highlight.
Lemon shrimp pasta
Butter chicken (from a simmer sauce) with frozen Naan, side of green beans. Very easy and basic.

Sausage Orzo with Spinach. So easy. So versatile, You can add anything to it...peas, corn, sundried tomatoes, etc.

Husband: Beef stroganoff
Kid 1: cold tuna noodle salad with vegetables. He wants it all year long and even brings it to school for lunch. I have to make it weekly.
