It's a long-standing tradition that dining facilities around the force try to offer a surf and turf night occasionally, especially for troops who are deployed.
It's not Red Lobster quality by any means. But it's a small thing that makes many smile for a few minutes when they're separated from family for months in parts of the world that pathetic cowards like @rothschildmd wouldn't dare go.
Guys like him are fine with endless troop rotations so American can be the global police, so long as they're eating field rations the entire time.
