A builder offered us a little over 1 million last year for our lot. It's a little smaller and two streets over from this house. We are surrounded by knock downs that are going for $2-$3 million. It's crazy

These Arlington threads always attract people who either (1) don’t live in Arlington and love to hate it or (2) Live in Arlington but bought 10+ years ago and hasn’t checked RedFin since then to see what the market is doing so assumes SFHs are still mid 6 figures. Newsflash, a 6000 square foot lot goes for close to $1M now. Want a house on it that’s not a shack? $1.5M+
