WM sent cypher card(likely letter) to a small group of students who may or may not be Monroe scholar. Only Monroe Scholar (top 10%) got acceptance letter last Friday.

My OOS child got Monroe and Provost ($10k merit aid) notification by email about a week ago.

There is a stipend for research but no scholarship money. It’s an honor and has some perks such as the research money, a newly refurbished honors dorm, and a few other things but it’s not a merit scholarship.


Ah ok. I assumed there was merit $ too.
