Ding ding ding he lost the locker room
Weirdly apocalyptic take after taking down the #1. A more rational reading is it all depends on how the rest of the season plays out. Right now, they likely dont have a chance to make the brackets unless they win out. If they lose just one or two close ones and still dont make the tourney, i dont think anyone is going anywhere. Break even? Yeah i think change might be on the table.
With 2 ACC wins, Lars has bought himself an extension. The Millon hate is ridiculous. UVA still plays incredibly sloppy and undisciplined lacrosse because their coach pays zero attention. The only reason Lars is going to survive is because a young man, who wants to be a special forces medic and chose UVA for nursing school, also happens to be better than all of the goalies Lars has recruited.
Lars is so out of touch that when the goalie requested a meeting and asked if he could have a chance to start, Lars thought he was being too forward and bold. Lars can't help but reveal how clueless he is with every interview. He is the Peter Principle personified.

Goalkeeping is the problem this year. Faceoff improved.
Except the goalie stats are better this year than they've been in 5 years. I get we are only about 1/2 through the year and better competition is coming. There is more to a team than just stats. Chemistry goes along way to any team's success. Lars letting the older Millon where 9 when another player had it was certainly not a good locker room take.
How are goalie stats better this year? Save % this year is .438. That's terrible. Last year it was .500, year before .514, year before .519.
