The biggest thing will be finding friends to do them with. 90s/00s were all about spending hours hanging out with your friends with no real plan or itinerary.

You can still find 90s makeup, from MAC, Clinique and Revlon, easily. I bet you can find a 90s makeup book from Bobbi Brown or Kevyn Aucoin on eBay and copy the makeup looks.
