I recommended the framesi diamond Strong one above, which is for color treated hair. I do a double wash and it works great.

What does a double wash do?

Sulfate free shampoos don’t get as sudsy as other shampoos. The first wash gets rid of the surface oils on your hair and the second wash really gets in and cleans it. If I only do a single wash with certain sulfate free shampoos, it doesn’t feel as clean. This does not dry out my hair at all as I use a good conditioner and heat protector.

I disagree. My psoriasis went away drug free when I changed to chemical free shampoo and soaps.

It's been very humid lately which had been doing a number on my hair. 4 bottles of shampoo in my shower yet still a frizzy mess.

I wash every other day and sometimes can go a third day. I do find my hair is oilier in the summer. But this mix of shampoos has really been a game changer. I use the volume conditioner when I use the volume shampoo. The only downside is it’s four bottles in the shower (along with body wash and facial cleanser).

I use the Kirkland brand shampoo for color treated hair and I did not realize until just now that it was sulfate free - it works fine for me. Shampoos that make a big deal of being sulfate free typically leave my hair both limp and dry.
