I go to a small supermarket close to my house most of the time and they always have oxtails in the freezer. I've wondered about them but they are very expensive. If I were to try them out, what would you recommend?

Pork Shoulder- slow cooked for pulled pork bbq or Mexican, ground up for egg rolls, dumplings or Dan Dan noodles
Flank steak - fajitas, added to salads or omelets
Shrimp - grilled, pan seared, stir fry, tacos, shrimp cakes with lemon aioli
