Why are you trying to get away from t-shirts - to look dressier, or something else? If it's only about your boobs then you may just need different tees.
I'm a size 14, big chest, long torso and I wear the cotton Lands End v-neck tees in size large-tall. They don't cling or emphasize my chest.

Look at brands like Rails and Splendid...they have cute tops that are not tee shirts made of rayon....they're so soft and comfortable yet look more put together than a tee shirt.

I stopped buying t shirts for daily WFH wear and started buying relaxed-fitting short sleeve cotton or cotton/linen blend tops and some button ups. I make sure they have curve or a hint of a curve at the waist, so I don’t feel like I’m wearing a tent!
Super long torso and big boobs (Not perky anymore! In my mid 50s). I most often buy Tall sizes in tops. The last couple of years I had decent luck with typical brands like Gap, Banana Republic. Long Tall Sally often has cute options.
