No, I think PP is saying that she doesn’t care about certain kids. American/hispanic kids, she doesn’t care about. Russian kids different story. America first? No way.

PP doesn’t need to grow up. You need to open your eyes to the grifting charlatans that are in the White House (though not technically). She only fulfills her duties as First Lady when she feels like it. She is more than happy to denigrate the Obama though. She forgets she was hanging out with Epstein and Brunel, not the Obamas.
