Champagne is natural. The fermentation is process is different. The bubbles are different. Nothing wrong with prosecco, especially for this purpose, but they're not "the same" and shouldn't be used interchangeably. It's like Coke is a cola, but not all colas are the same, you know?
If you're mixing it with juice who cares? That's the point.
