Er/PR status
HER2 status
Size
Getting genetic testing for mutations
You’ll likely get an MRI to see if there are any other concerning areas. This will guide the lumpectomy v mastectomy decision
The good news is breast cancer is well studied and the protocols are standardized. As long as you go to a cancer center, you’ll likely get excellent care.

To answer a few questions that were asked, the cancer is ER+PR+/HER2-. They did not see any spots on my lymph nodes, but I have not had my MRI yet - that is next Wednesday.
It is a lot to process. Especially at first. It got better for me once I had more info and a treatment plan in place.
