He had oversight and failed to act to protect federal funds from being stolen. Stolen to the tune of billions by fraudulent day care centers, fraudulent transportation services, etc….
Maybe if he safeguarded the integrity of the federal funds he was getting, they would not be cut off. He accepts responsibility for the fraud, but has done nothing to keep it from continuing…

In that case you dont have an issue looking into the corruption and fraud that gone down in Louisiana, Texas, and other red states. Seeing as you real y really care about your taxes dollars 😀
