Anthropologie is my go to for dresses. I like the Georgetown store the best. I wish I could dress you. I'm 5'2 and a size 4 but a size 34 c/d in the bust. What size are you? Another great store in Georgetown is Veronica Beard. I also like Bloomies in Mosaic.
