AI at work - I use it but doesn’t really save that much time. Lots of talk about AI, and most employees go along with it because we have to use it. Some of us just make up reasons to use it.
I do use AI for web searching like everyone else.
I agree on all of this. The chatbots are a big source of frustration. It would be really nice if any of them had ever been able to resolve a problem for me but I can’t recall a single instance when I haven’t had to ask for a live person.
