Subject: Anyone else remember The Ghost and Mrs. Muir?
I’ve been bingeing season 1 all day and enjoying Charles Nelson Reilly’s over the top performance and unique giggle.
I wonder what other old series I can find online. I welcome suggestions.

A similar story, IMHO, is Three Thousand Years of Longing.

PS - The sitcom is in color (1968/69). The film is black and white (1947).
Yes, I just watched the opening theme, thinking that it would bring back memories, it didn't, but I did smile seeing Reilly in there.

I enjoy watching old shows and movies and seeing young actors/actresses as well as connecting the dots in how tight Hollywood was.
I'm watching an old episode of The Ghost & Mrs. Muir right now, and I see a very young Shelly Fabares as a guest star in an episode written by a Bonaduce.
And I didn't realize the leading lady (Hope Lange) starred in Peyton Place. Apparently the actress won awards for The Ghost & Mrs. Muir.
And seeing Charles Nelson Reilly in all his campy glory in his youth is a lot of fun.

I went through a phase of watching a bunch of old classic movies as an adult. The Ghost and Mrs. Muir was one of them. Loved it.
