If you’re on a glp all you eat are snacks because you can’t eat a full meal.

I'm surprised that one jerky poster didn't reply to this with the piggy icon: a salad, and you still need to eat dinner and a snack!

You’re wrong.

You have an eating disorder.

I pretty much eat all day long. Not massive quantities. I guess it’s what dietitians used to call grazing.

I used to be an overweight snacker. Now I’ve been on Zepbound for a year and I am a perfect weight constant snacker. I just eat smaller amounts of food with each snack.

I’m sure this is a dopamine issue in my brain has been broken since childhood

I’m a snacker who eats 3 meals and 2 snacks a day. I do not think that people who don’t snack are immediately anorexics. This is very black and white thinking. You need to broaden your perspective. Humanity is quite diverse, we all have different needs.

Yes, always. Fruit and nuts.

DCUM is not the place to ask about normal eating habits. It is filled with almond moms and people who take pride in eating as little as possible.

They are appalled that someone would ever want a snack and assume you are morbidly obese and never work out.

You can have smaller meals and have snacks for the exact same calories/macros as three meals.

Everyone should do whatever works for them.

I eat 2 meals a day and have fruit in between.

Very rarely. I usually eat breakfast around 7:30, lunch around 11:30, dinner around 5:30 (if I have dessert, it's connected to dinner). Maybe I eat more at meals? I am a healthy weight and moderately active.

You are biased based on what you do.

I eat 2 meals a day at most, and often 1 meal a day. Never any snacks. My lunch meal, if from a restaurant, is to eat half the serving, and eat the other half either for dinner or the next day.

Why assume if *you* eat snacks that others do too?

No I don't. My doctor said its bad for blood sugar. My bs is normal and I don't want diabetes so I never snack. 3 meals a day.
