You are biased based on what you do.
I eat 2 meals a day at most, and often 1 meal a day. Never any snacks. My lunch meal, if from a restaurant, is to eat half the serving, and eat the other half either for dinner or the next day.
Why assume if *you* eat snacks that others do too?
